我国的政治协商与西方的协商民主在理论渊源、价值追求、方式、手段方面有契合之处。我国政治协商制度在程序方面还存在一些问题,但可以借鉴协商民主理论进行完善:扩大参加政治协商的主体、完善协商方式、明确协商效力。

There are many in common in theoretical origin, value, pursuit, manner, means of Political Ccnsulatative in our country and Consultative Democracy in the west. There exists several problems in the procedure of political consultation system in our country, which can be perfected with reference of the theory of Consultative Democracy, expanded in the participation of Political consultative, perfected in Consultative manner of be explicit in Consultative efficiency.
