中国共产党执政的组织资源是党开展活动的载体和依托,主要包括党自身的组织规模、组织成员、组织基础、组织原则、组织功能以及八个民主党派和各种非政府群众组织等方面的因素和内容。强大的组织资源是党夺取政权、巩固执政地位、维护执政安全的组织保证。在长期的革命、建设和改革开放的实践中,党积聚了十分丰厚的组织资源。同时,在新的历史条件下,随着经济、社会的发展变化和转型,已经使党的组织资源产生了新的损耗因素,党的组织资源面临着被削弱的危险。社会转型时期,党自身的状况及党面临着迫切的历史任务,要求党要不断开发、拓展和整合执政资源,以继续维护自己执政的合法性地位,从而确保党的执政安全。

Administrative Organization Resources of CPC are the vector and relying, by which CPC launches movements. Mainly, it comprises such factors and contents as organization scale of the Party itself, it＇s members, organizational base, principles, function, eight Democratic and all kinds of non-governmental organizations. A wealth of organizational resources is the organizational guarantee of the Party, by which the Party seized political power, consolidated the ruling position, maintained governing safety. In the long terms of revolution, construction, reform and opening up to the outside practice, the Party has accumulated rich organizational resources. At the same time, in the new historical conditions, with the changes in economic and social development and transformation, it has made the organizational resources of the Party depletion, organizational resources of the Party facing the danger of being undermined. In the period of social transition, the status of the Party, and it is facing an urgent historical task.It requires the Party to develop, integrate and expand organizational resources so as to maintain its legitimacy of the ruling continually. And then maintain governing safety of the Party.
