摘要
知识经济时代企业核心竞争能力的形成越来越取决于企业对自身隐性知识的占有与内部共享。我们基于知识管理的视角,从知识市场的建设、激励机制的完善、制度平台的搭建三个维度对企业隐性知识共享的实现提出自己的管窥之见。
In the era of knowledge-based economy, the formation of enterprses' core competitiveness increasingly depends on the possession and internal sharing of their own tacit knowledge. On the basis of knowledge management, we give some superficial suggestions on how to realize the sharing of enterprises' tacit knowledge from the following three aspects: 1. the construction of knowledge market; 2. the improvement of incentive mechanism; 3. the building of system platform.
