一期根治术治疗肛周脓肿436例疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation on the Primary Radical Procedure for Perianal Abscess of 436 Cases

为探讨一期根治术治疗肛周脓肿的临床疗效，回顾分析2003～2008年采用一期根治术治疗的436例肛周脓肿患者资料。结果显示，436例患者全部治愈，治愈率为100％。治愈时间为16～62d，平均28．2d。术后随访半年，无后遗症发生。结果表明，一期根治术治疗肛周脓肿疗效肯定。

The objective of the study was to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of primary radical procedure for perianal abscess. The clinical data of 436 cases who had undergone primary radical procedure（2003- 2008） in my hospital were analyzed retrospectively. As results, all the 436 cases were cured （cure rate： 100%） ;the treatment course was 16-62 days（average： 28.2 days）;and there was no sequela found during postoperative follow-up of 6 months. It is concluded that primary radical procedure can ensure a definitely better therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of perianal abscess.
