美常安联合结肠清热丸治疗湿热内蕴型溃疡性结肠炎76例疗效观察

Meichangan Capsule plus Jiechangqingre Pill in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis of Damp-heat Internal Retention Type：Observation on the Therapeutic Efficacy in 76 Cases

为探讨口服美常安联合结肠清热丸治疗湿热内蕴型溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效，对76例湿热内蕴型溃疡性结肠炎患者给予美常安联合结肠清热丸口服。结果显示，治愈61例，好转8例，有效5例，无效2例，总有效率为97．4％（74／76）。结果表明，美常安和结肠清热丸联合应用治疗湿热内蕴型溃疡性结肠炎疗效肯定。

The objecitve of the study was to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Meichangan capsule plus Jieehangqingre（JCQR） pill, in the treatment of ulcerative colitis of the damp-heat internal retention （DHIR） type（ulcerative colitis of DHIR type）. Seventy six patients with ulcerative colitis of DHIR type received Meiehangan capsule and JCQR pill treatment. Results showed that 61 eases were cured, 8 were improved, 5 gained effective change in symptoms,and there was no response in 2 cases, the general improvement rate was 97.4% （74/76）. It is concluded that Meichangan capsule plus JCQR pill jointly applied in the treatment of ulcerative colitis of DHIR type is of therapeutically definite effect.
