摘要 目的研究USP与BP替卡西林HPLC方法对替卡西林差向异构体分离效应的影响。方法考察EP流动相系统:1.3g/L的磷酸铵(用磷酸调pH7.0)︰甲醇=80︰20及USP系统:pH4.3磷酸二氢钠缓冲液︰乙腈=92︰8中,替卡西林差向异构体的分离耐用情况。结果在USP系统中,替卡西林差向异构体未完全分离或完全重合为单峰;在EP系统中,则完全分离为2个单峰。结论离子强度对替卡西林差向异构体的分离效应影响较大,离子强度越小,分离越好,耐用性越好。 Objective The responsive to separation ofticarcillin epimeride were compared in USP and EP HPLC method in this report. Method The separation of Ticarcillin epimeride were investigated in mobile phase(USP) consisted of ammonium phosphate (1.3g/L, adjusted to pH 7.0 with phosphoric acid ) and methyl alcohol (80:20) as well as in mobile phase(EP) consisted of sodium dihydrogen phosphate(pH 4.3) and acetonitrile (92:8). Results Ticarcillin epimeride were coincided as singlet completely or not yet completely in mobile phase(USP) and were two separative singlets completely in mobile phase(EP). Conclusion The separation of Ticarcillin epimeride were influenced comparatively large by ionic strength of a mobile phase, with regard to separation, the more little, the more good.
