摘要
小球反射法是超声换能器声场测量的一种常用方法。为了研究小球的尺寸对声场测量精度的影响,建立了小球反射超声平面换能器发射的脉冲声场声压分布的理论模型,计算了由不同尺寸的小球反射的声场声压分布;实验验证了理论模型的正确性。理论计算和实验结果均表明小球的尺寸越小,测量精度越高。
Small ball reflection method is commonly used in measuring ultrasonic transducer sound field.In order to study the effect of the size of small ball on the measurement accuracy of sound field,a theoretical model is proposed to calculate the distribution of sound pressure of ultrasonic pulse sound field radiated by planar transducer and reflected by a small ball with a known dimension based on small ball reflection method.The distributions of sound pressure of ultrasonic pulse sound field reflected by different sized small balls are calculated.The correctness of the theoretical model is verified by experiments.Theoretical calculations and experimental results show that the smaller the size of the ball,the higher the measurement accuracy.
