马尾松雌雄球花的形成与赤霉素和脱落酸及细胞分裂素的关系 被引量:18

摘要 与其邻近的枝梢顶端相比,雌球花的赤霉素GA1+3和GA4+7的含量显著较高,而脱落酸(ABA)含量并无明显差异;雄球花与其邻近的枝梢顶端相比,则ABA含量显著较高,而两者的GA1+3或GA4+7含量差异不显著;不论是雌球花或雄球花,其细胞分裂素类中的一组,玉米素核苷组(ZRs)的含量均显著低于其邻近的枝梢顶端,而异戊烯腺嘌呤组(iPAs)或二氢玉米素核苷组(DHZRs)的含量则未见显著差异。对4年生无花史的马尾松幼树施用了GA1+3、GA4+7、ABA、萘乙酸(NAA)等生长调节剂,发现ABA可显著促进雄球花的形成,而GA1+3、GA4+7和NAA则对雌、雄球花的形成均有促进效应。 The endogenous GAs (GA 1+3 ,GA 4+7 ),ABA and CTKs (iPAs, ZRs, DHZRs,)levels in male and female strobili and its nearby shoot apex of three types (Androdynamous, Gynodynamus and Sex-balanced) in masson pine were estimated with ELISAs. The results showed that there were higher levels of GAs in female strobili, and higher levels of ABA in male strobili, and much lower levels of ZRs in male or female strobili than in its nearby shoot apex. On the other hand, there was no clear difference between the GAs contents of male strobili or the ABA contents of female strobili respectively, in comparison with that in its nearby shoot apex. These indicated that female flowering was associated with higher ratio of GAs/ZRs and male flowering with higher ratio of ABA/ZRs. The experimental results of the chemical regulation indicated that ABA obviously enhanced the formation of male strobili, and GA 3,GA 4+7 and NAA significantly promoted the formation of female and male strobili.
