淡红忍冬的生药学初研

Preliminary Research of Lonicera Acuminate Wall in Pharmacognosy

目的:对滇产忍冬属植物淡红忍冬Lonicera acuminate Wall.的生药学初步研究。方法:采用来源鉴别、性状鉴别、显微鉴别以及理化鉴别的方法对淡红忍冬进行生药学初研并与正品忍冬进行性状和显微特征比较。结果:淡红忍冬生药学特征明显,与忍冬Lonicera japonica Thunb.的药材性状和显微特征有明显差异,所含主要成分与忍冬大体一致。结论:为扩大金银花类的药用品种、鉴别、临床应用及制定其质量标准提供基础性研究资料。

Objective： The Preliminary research of Lonicera acuminate Wall which belongs to woodbine in Yunnan. Method ： To do the preliminary research of Lonicera acuminate Wall. with the ways of source identification, form to discriminate, microscopical chatacteristics and physical and chemical identification then compare the shape and properties and microscopic characteristics with the real acuminate Wall. Result： The characteristics of Lonicera acuminate Wall. in pharmacognosy is obvious while have distinct different with shape and properties and microscopical chatacteristics of Lonicera japonica Thunb, but the chief constituent is approximately with Lonicera japonica Thunb. Conclusion： To supply the basic research material in order to enlarge the pharmaceutical variety, identification, clinical application and establishing the quality standard in Lonicera acuminate Wall.
