The Researching Progress on the Basic Theory of Traditional Dai Medicine

傣医药基础理论研究滞后,已经成为制约傣医药发展的重大关键问题。傣医药在发展中重实践轻理论,重药物轻医理,理论与临床相脱节、医与药相脱节等现象十分突出。从傣医理论内涵研究、傣医文献整理研究、傣医本科教育规划教材问世等方面探讨了傣医基础理论研究进展及存在的问题。并提出不断提高科研设计的科学性、先进性才能使傣族医药学得到蓬勃发展的观点。

Traditional Dai Medicine lagged on basic theoretical research has become an important and key problem that constraints the development of Traditional Dai Medicine. These phenomena are most acute, such as Traditional Dai Medicine used to place more emphasis on practice and medicine, less on the theory and medical science, theory divorced from clinical, medical divorced from medicine etc. In this paper, from the aspects of theoretical contents, the medical literature review study, and the advent of medical undergraduate education planning materials, to explore the basic theory of Dai Medicine about the problems of progressing. And to put forward continuously improve the scientific research design, advanced in order to make the Dai medicine to flourish.
