前馈控制在手术室护理缺陷中的运用探讨

Study and application of feed forward control for nursing defects control in operating room

目的探讨手术室发生护理缺陷的原因和管理措施,降低护理缺陷的发生率,达到护理质量的持续改进。方法对2005～2006年的256例护理缺陷及原因进行分类,比较不同职称、不同工龄段、不同工作时段之间的护理缺陷发生情况,针对护理缺陷的具体原因,采用前馈控制管理,使可能出现的缺陷得以避免。结果推行手术室护理缺陷前馈控制管理2年来,手术室护理缺陷的发生率从2.26%降至0.31%(P<0.01),手术医生及患者的满意度升高从74%提高到96%。结论护理缺陷是护理质量形成过程中的一种失控现象,建立和落实前馈控制管理,可以使护理管理者在护理缺陷发生前进行预测,并采取预防措施,保证护理安全,是护理质量持续改进的有效途径。

Objective To study the reason and administrating measure in operation room with nursing limitation and reduce the rate of nursing limitation, and to improve nursing quality. Method Reply the 256 nursing limitation cases from 2005-2006, classify the reasons and compare the different professional post, length of service and working time to the complexion nursing disfigurement, Aim at the fund reason of nursing disfigurement, conducted feed forward administrating measure to avoid the possible disfigurement. Result After 2 years of feed forward control, the rate of nursing limitation in operation room was reduced from 2.26% to 0.31% （P〈0, 01）, the degree of sarisfaction for both operative doctor and patients was increased from 74% to 96%. Conclusion Nursing limitation is one losing control during the forming of nursing quality. Applying feed forward control can help manager forecasting nut＇sing disfigurement and adopt effect measure to ensure nursing safety and continuously improve nursing quality.
