冰黄药凝胶在2型糖尿病足溃疡创面处理中的应用研究

Applied study of Binghuangyao Gel for ulcers foot care of type 2 diabetes patients

目的探讨冰黄药凝胶在2型糖尿病足溃疡创面护理中的应用效果。方法42例Ⅰ～Ⅱ级糖尿病足患者随机分为两组,在相同的综合治疗和常规护理基础上,观察组22例溃疡创面采用冰黄药凝胶贴敷,对照组20例予以西药纱布贴敷处理,观察两组患者溃疡面积变化、换药疼痛程度和应用效果。结果两组治疗后比较,观察组溃疡面积明显小于对照组(P<0.05),换药舒适度明显改善(P<0.01),总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用冰黄药凝胶贴敷护理糖尿病足溃疡创面优于单纯西药创面护理。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Binghuangyal Gel for ulcers foot care of type 2 diabetes patients. Method 42 patients with grade Ⅰ～Ⅱ diabetic foot were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups. 22 cases was in Binghuangyao Gel group （observe group） and 20 eases in western medicine gauze group （control group） on the base of the same comprehensive treatment and usual care. The change of the ulcer size, degree of pain in dressing change and clinical effect were observed. Result Ulcer size in observe group was smaller than that of control group（P〈0.05）, comfort degree in dressing change was significantly improved in observe group as compared with control group（P〈0.01）. The total effective rate in observe group was higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Integrative medicine therapy with binghuangyao gel sticking on ulcers foot of type 2 diabetes patients was better effective than that of simple nursing with western medicine.
