BCL-2和PCNA蛋白在增生性子宫内膜和子宫内膜癌组织中的表达 被引量:1

EXPRESSION OF BCL-2 AND PCNA ONCOPROTEINS IN ENDOMETRIAL HYPERPLASIA AND ENDOMETRIAL CARCINOMA

摘要 用免疫组化法对20例正常子宫内膜、22例增生性内膜及41例子宫内膜癌标本进行凋亡抑制基因(B-Celllymphoma/leukemia-2,BCL-2)、增殖细胞核抗原(Prolifer-atingcellnuclearantigen,PCNA)蛋白检测,以探讨其在子宫内膜病变发生、发展中的作用。结果两者表达率(20.0%、90.9%、31.7%;40.0%、72.7%、97.6%)均存在显著差异。子宫内膜癌组织中,BCL-2染色强度与组织学分级无相关性,PCNA染色则有相关性,且1级与3级间存在差异。两种蛋白表达间无相关性。提示BCL-2蛋白在正常内膜周期性变化及增生性病变的发生、发展中发挥作用,并可能为进一步基因异常改变提供有利条件,而在子宫内膜癌中其表达可能与细胞分化有关。PCNA有助于了解内膜病变的生物学行为,有可能成为判定子宫内膜癌恶性程度及预后的客观指标之一。 To study the correlation of occurrence and development with expression of BCL-2 and PCNA genes in endometrial lesions, immunohistologic staining for BCL-2 and PCNA was formed on archival materials from 20 normal endometria, 22 hyperplastic endometria and 41 endometrial carcinomas. BCL-2 was expressed in20. 0% of the normal endometria, 90. 9% of the hy-perplastic endometria and 31. 7% of the endometrial carcinomas, while PCNA was found in 40. 0%,72. 7% and 97. 6%, respectively. There was significant difference in their positive rates among the three groups. In endometrial carcinoma group, the staining intensity on BCL-2 was not associated with histologic grade, but on PCNA staining the intensity was associated with histologic grade and it had statistical significance between grade 1 and grade 3.There was no correlativity between BCL-2 and PC-NA expression. The results indicate that BCL-2 incoprotien may play a part in the normal cyclical involution and the evolution of endometrial hyperplasia. It can promote cell transformation to facilitatethe more abnormal gene alternation. BCL-2 expression may be associated with cell differentiation. PC-NA expression may reveal the biological behavior of endometrial lesions and can serve as one of the objective markers in evaluating the malignancy and
