肺癌患者放疗前后血清LCA的检测及其临床意义

EXPRESSION OF LUNG CANCER ASSOCIATED ANTIGENS IN PATIENTS WITH LUNG CANCER BEFORE AND AFTER RADIOTHERAPY

采用混合单克隆抗体金标免疫斑点法对46例肺癌患者放疗前后及30例肺良性病和20例正常对照血清的肺癌相关抗原（LCA）进行检测。结果表明：肺癌患者放疗前LCA的阳性率为97．83％，明显高于正常对照（0％）及肺良性病（13．33％）（P＜0．005）；放疗后LCA的阳性率为82．61％，较放疗前明显下降（P＜0．05），LCA的阳性率在不同病理类型、临床分期及近期疗效间无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。

Dot immunogoldfiltration assay wasused to test 46 patients with lung cancer, 30 patients with lung benign diseases and 20 normal subjects with combination of several different monoclonal antibodies of human lung cancer. The resultsshowed that the lung cancer associated antigens(LCA) positive rate of lung cancer before radiotherapy was 97. 83%, it was much higher than those ofnormal subject (0%) and lung benign diseases(13. 33% ) (P <0. 005). The positive rate was remarkably declined to 82. 61% after radiotherapy(P<0. 05). The positive rate of LCA was not relatedto the different pathologic type, clinical stage andthe response of radiotherapy.
