高成型性高强度钢管制造技术的研究新动向 被引量:5

New Research Tendency of Manufacturing Technology of High Formability and High Strength Steel Tube

摘要 随着钢管二次成型技术的不断发展,以钢管为原料制造的轻体构件因具有质量轻、刚度好、节材节能等特点,已被广泛应用于汽车、航天器及飞机制造等领域。随着管材二次成型技术对钢材强度和成型性能要求的不断提高,对开发具有更高强度和成型性能钢管的制造技术已引起广泛关注。综述了具有较高成型性能的双相钢管和TRIP钢管的新型制造工艺,并详细介绍了作者在开发TRIP钢管中的部分研究成果。 With the rapid development of the steel tube secondary forming technology, various kinds of lightweight components manufactured from steel tubes are widely used in the automotive, space-craft and aircraft manufacturing industries due to their advantages such as being lightweight, good rigidity, saving of energy and lower material consumption and so on.Along with increasingly stringent requirements for the strength and formability of the steel products by the secondary forming process, the manufacturing technology of the tube with higher strength and better formability has drawn so much attention.Summarized in this paper are the novel manufacturing technologies of the dual phase steel tube and TRIP steel tubes with higher formability.And part of the achievements in developing the TRIP steel tube as made by the co-authors is detailed.
