bFGF、bFGFR在血管瘤中的表达及其临床意义 被引量:3

THE EXPRESSION OF bFGF AND bFGFR IN HEMANGIOMA AND ITS CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE

摘要 为了解碱性纤维母细胞生长因子(basicfibroblastgrowthfactor,bFGF)及其受体(basicfibroblastgrowthfactorreceptor,bFGFR)与血管瘤的关系,用免疫组织化学方法,对89例血管瘤和30例血管畸形组织切片进行bFGF、bFGFR表达的测定。发现:①bFGF和bFGFR在血管瘤中高表达,血管畸形中低表达或不表达(P<0.01)。②在血管瘤中bFGF、bFGFR的表达均有随内皮细胞增生程度的加强而增高的趋势(P<0.01)。bFGF与bFGFR呈正相关性(P<0.01)。提示bFGF、bFGFR与血管瘤的增生及退化有关。 To understand the relation betweenboth basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) and basicfibroblast growth factor receptor (bFGFR) and hemangioma, the expression of bFGF and bFGFR wasexamined by immunohistochemical method in thetissue sections of 89 hemangiomas and 30 vascularmalformations. The results showed that ①high expression of bFGF and bFGFR was present in the tissue of hemangioma and low expression or no expression of bFGF and bFGFR in the tissue of vascularmalformation(P <0. 01). ②There was relation between the expression of bFGF and bFGFR and theproliferative degree of endothelial cells in hemangioma. The more strongly endothelial cells proliferated, the higher bFGF and bFGFR were expressed(P <0. 01 ). Expression if bFGF was positively corelated with that of bFGFR in hemangioma (P <0. 01). These indicated bFGF and bFGFR are closely related to the proliferation and involution of hemangioma.
