摘要
对1956年～1995年收治830例肝外胆道癌的临床研究结果表明，胆囊癌占72％（601／830），胆管癌占27．6％（119／830）。胆囊癌男女比例为1:2．54，平均年龄56．55岁，55岁以上占65．9％，腺癌占96．2％，手术切除率29．4％。胆管癌男女比例为1．46：1，平均年龄为56．4岁，55岁以上占53．7％，腺癌占100％，手术切除率为20．4％。阶段性分析表明，胆囊癌及胆管癌发病均有上升趋势，肿瘤切除率亦有升高。
The clinical materials of 830 patientsof extrahepatic biliary carcinoma admitted from 1956to 1995 were retrospectively analyzed. The resultsshowed that gallbladder carcinoma and cholanglocarcinoma amounted to 72. 4 percent (601/830) and27. 6 percent (229/830) of extrahepatic biliary carcinoma. The mean ages were 56. 55 and 56. 44 old respectively. The sex ratios (male:female) were1: 2. 54 and 1. 46: 1. The resection rates were 29. 4percent in gallbladder and 20. 4 percent incholangiocarcinoma. Both incidence and resectionrate of extrahepatic biliary carcinorna were elevated.
