摘要
对28个籼稻和粳稻品种共113粒样本稃面的双峰乳突扫描电镜图片进行分析,发现双峰乳突可分为“锐型”(Acute type)和“钝型”(Obtuse type)两类。以G(x)=44.4788-0.4308X_1-0.4263X_2+0.075X_3的双峰乳突判别函数公式和后验概率进行判别,认定籼亚种属“锐型”、粳亚种属“钝型”双峰乳突,故将这一方法称为“双峰乳突鉴定法”。讨论了该方法对水稻分类和古栽培稻研究的意义。
The scanning microscope pictures of the bipeaked tubercles of lemma in 113
samples of 28 japonica and indica rice varieties were analysed. Two types, the acute (A type)
and obtuse (O type), of the bipeaked tubercles were observed. The types of bipeaked tubercles
might be discriminated from the function G(X)=44.4788-0.4308 (BPD)-0.4263(PA)+
0.075(BPD/CD), and their posterior probalility was estimated. A type belongs to indica and O
type is a japonica, This is called the bipeaked tubereles method for distingushing a subspecies of
cultivated rice. Its value for rice classification and the study of ancient rice was discused.
