小麦种子中磷锌比与对缺磷敏感性关系的研究 被引量:5

摘要 应用中子活化分析(Neutron Activation Analysis)和磷钼蓝的比色法,分析了不同品系小麦种子中的锌和磷的含量。从种子中的P/Zn比,分析了不同品系小麦之间对缺乏磷肥反应的敏感性关系。实验证明了18个不同品系小麦对缺磷有不同的敏感性,其中80—55品系小麦对缺磷最为敏感,其种子中的P/Zn比为63∶1。从分析结果发现小麦种子中的P/Zn比有两种类型,即128∶1和66∶1。P/Zn比低的对缺磷的敏感性强,比值高的对缺磷的敏感性弱,推论P/Zn比高的可能对缺锌敏感性强。因之认为在培育耐低磷或耐低锌的小麦新品系;筛选种质资源时,种子中的P/Zn比可作为生理指标。 Using the technique of neutron activiation analysis and the phosphomolybolate colorimatric method,zinc and phosphorus content in the seeds of different lines of wheat were an- alyzed. By comparing the P/Zn ratio in the seeds, the effect of the sensitivity of wheat toward phosphate fertilizer deficiency was analyzed among different wheat lines. Results showed that the 18 wheat lines differed in their sensitivity toward phosphate deficiency, among them wheat line (80-85) was most sensitive and the P/Zn ratio in the seeds was 63:1. According to the results there were two types of P/Zn ratio in the seeds among the 18 lines, one type was approximately 128:1 and the other type was approximately 66:1. The wheat lines which had lower P/Zn ra tio were more sensitive and those which had higher P/Zn ratio were less sensitive toward P defi ciency, also inferring that the seeds with high P/Zn ratio might be sensitive to zinc deficiency. There fore in breeding new wheat lines resistant to low phosphate or resistant to low zinc and during selecting sorces of germ plasm, the P/Zn ratio of the seed could be a physiological indica tion.
