摘要
通过田间试验和室内分析,研究不同面包小麦品种的产量及其蛋白质含量对氮肥用量的反应。结果表明,4个品种的产量、需肥量和籽粒蛋白质含量都有显著差异。应用SDS—PAGE法结合薄层扫描,得出安农9192和安农91168的HMW—GS组成为1、5+10、7+8,山东187为1、13+16、5+10,豫麦28号为1、7+9、5+10。根据多项式回归,4个品种的最高产量位点依次为8106.0、7255.5、7159.5和6000.0kg/hm^2,其N肥用量分别为337.5,301.5、247.5和321.0kg/hm^2,最高产量的蛋白质含量相应为16.1%、13.2%、11.1%和17.5%。以dY/dN表示各个品种的籽粒形成速率和dP/dN表示其蛋白质生物合成强度,表明4个小麦品种可以区分为三个类型,反映不同墓因型的小麦在氮素利用和转化上的差别。
Field experiment and chemical analyses were conducted to study the response
of grain yield and protein content of wheat cultivars to nitrogen supply level. These four cultivars
tested differed greatly in yield, nitrogen requirement and grain protein content. Results obtained
by SDS-PAGE and thin layer scanning showed that the composition of the subunits of glutenin in
grains of these four bread wheat cultivars were different ,Annong 9192 and 91168 belong to 1, 7
+ 8, 5+10; Shandong 187 to 1, 13+16, 5+10 and Yumai 28 to 1,7+9, 5+10. Based on
multinomial regression analysis the maxium yield and nitrogen applied rate of four cultivars were
8106. 0, 7255. 5, 7159. 5, 6000. 0 kg/ha and 337. 5, 301. 5, 247. 5, 321. 0 kg/ha, respectively
and protein contents were 16.0%, 13.2%, 11.1% and 17.5% at the maxium yield. Define
dY/dN as formation rate of grain yield and dP/dN as biosynthesis intensity of protein in these
four cultivars were also quite different.
