摘要
随着2010年广州市亚运会的临近,作为本次重大赛事接待窗口的广州市酒店业,也正为迎接亚运会的到来积极努力地做好相应准备。文章就现阶段亚运会给广州市酒店业所带来的机遇和挑战做了进一步分析,并提出了广州酒店业的发展应走集团化道路,避免恶性竞争;构建酒店危机管理预警体系;建立酒店电子商务信处化系统;注重员工"亚运"培训和绩效考核;借鉴以往奥运会及亚运会经验;增强环保意识,融入循环经济等对策及建议。
With the approaching of Guangzhou 2010 Asian Games, the hotel industry in Guangzhou city, as a major reception window for this big event, is making efforts to do a good job in preparing for the arrival of the Asian Games. This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges that the Asian Games may bring to Guangzhou hotel industry, and on this basis, proposes some suggestions to Guangzhou＇ s development strategy for the hotel industry.
