摘要
收集全国各地冷轧扭钢筋拉伸件1627根,经统计分析发现冷轧扭钢筋强度偏高、延性损失较多。同时通过600多根不同加工参数的冷轧扭钢筋的材料拉伸试验研究,提出了较优化的加工参数,以提高冷轧扭钢筋砼结构(构件)的变形性能。有关成果已被《冷轧扭钢筋砼结构技术规程》吸收。
The statistical analysis of 1627 speciments shows that the tensile strength limit f p of cold-rolled and twisted bars is higher than necessary while elongation δ 10 is lower.So the stretching test with more than 600 bars of various shapes and manufacture parameters is done for optimizing cold-rolled and twisted bars.The suggestions in respect of optimum manufacture parameters have been adopted in Chinese code specification for Reinforced Concrete Structure with Cold-rolled and Twisted Bars.
