摘要
重点区域预警探测系统是区域防空中获取信息优势的重要保障。CEC是美军网络中心战的重要组成部分,它很好地解决了海上编队的防空预警问题。在分析CEC创新的作战理念和先进的技术措施的基础上,就如何借鉴CEC的机理构建重点区域预警探测系统给出了建议。
Early warning detection system of critical area is a significant bulwark for information superiority acquisition in area air defence. CEC, solving well the problem of air raid and early warning for the formation at sea, plays an important role in network centric operation of American troops. Based on a- nalysis of the creative operative conception and advanced technical measures, some propositions on how to develop early warning detection system of critical area with the mechanism of CEC are proposed.
