摘要
近年来,我国直接空冷机组运行实践凸显出环境风对直接空冷系统性能的负面影响,其原因在于空冷系统选型时对环境气象影响的分析多停留于定性分析阶段,影响了系统的选型和机组运行的经济性。采用计算流体动力学方法将获得的定量分析数据引入系统选型程序,可以满足准确选型的要求。以某百万千瓦空冷机组为例,介绍一种全新的定量分析的空冷系统选型方法,为空冷的合理选型提供依据。
The wind environment has negative impact on direct air-cooling system performance,which has highlighted in operation of the direct air-cooling units in China for recent years.The main reason is that the analysis of the wind influence on the air cooling system is only qualitative analysis in the phase of system selection.This will affect the economic character when the units operate.The computational fluid dynamic(CFD) method,from which quantitive analysis data are obtained and introduced into system selection program,can meet equiremeuts for system selection.A new quantitative analysis means of air-cooling system selection is recommended by a case of 1 000 MW air cooling units.The new method is scientific for the selection of an air-cooling system.
