摘要
三河电厂(二期工程)是国内首座国产化"烟塔合一"、引风机和增压风机合并设置、脱硫无旁路烟道并采用玻璃钢净烟道的热电厂。在确保烟气系统可靠性的前提下,二期工程简化了烟道系统设计,对烟道系统设计及引风机选型进行了探索,目前二期工程已正常稳定运行2年,达到了环保、安全的预期设计目标。文章根据上述特点,总结了该机组的烟道系统设计。
Sanhe Power Plant(phase II)is the first domestic design modernized co-generation power plant using stack-in cooling tower,non-bypass FGD system with FRP flue-gas duct,combined IDF and FGD BF.Based on the premise of the flue-gas system's reliability,the duct system design has been simplified,the exploratory work has been carried out in the duct system design and IDF model choice.At present the unit in Sanhe Power Plant phase II has been operated stably for 2 years and reached the expected environmental protection and safety targets.The paper summarizes the design practical experiences based on the above mentioned features.
