摘要 工艺参数优化是高速切削应用研究中一项重要的关键技术,由于高速切削的线速度急剧升高,高速切削工艺参数优化具有不同于普通切削的复杂性。文中总结了近年来国内外关于高速切削参数优化的最新研究成果,从优化模型和优化方法两个方面分析了参数优化研究中值得关注的问题,并进一步指出高速切削参数优化的未来发展趋势。 Optimization of cutting conditions is a critical requirement for high-speed machining. Because the cutting speed is dramatically increased in high-speed machining, it is more difficult to optimize cutting param- eters for high-speed machining than for conventional machining. This paper reviews the recent advances in the optimization of machining parameters for high-speed machining. The main problems include modeling and algorithm for the parameter optimization. Some comments on future development trend and directions are also pointed out.
