800kV换流变是目前世界电压等级最高的换流变,其附件吊装存在很多技术难题。结合工程施工经验,以奉贤换流站换流变的现场安装为例,介绍800kV换流变附件安装施工流程、施工方法,详细分析换流变安装的工艺控制要点及具体安装要领。同时,总结变电站安装过程中的改进措施和容易忽视的安装注意事项。
800 kV converter transformer is the highest voltage levels in the world currently and its accessories lifting faces to many technical problems. In combination with practical experiences in construction of 800 UHVDC Fengxian transmission project, the paper introduces installation flow, construction method for 800 kV converter transformer accessories, analyzes key points of installation technology and concrete issues in details. It also sums up improvements and attentions to be ignored easily during installation.
