摘要
采用BET,XRO,IR和ESR等测试手段,考察由4种不同的方法(PV=1.15)制备的VPO催化剂的比表面、晶相组成和表面状态,以及用于正丁烷制顺酐反应的催化性能。研究表明,影响顺酐收率的主要因素是催化剂的相组成及钒的氧化态。在(VO)2P2O7相中含有少量α-VOPO4相对丁烷氧化制顺酐有良好的催化效果。有机溶剂的使用能增大催化剂表面积,但并不一定改变催化活性。
The VPO catalysts have been prepared by four different methods.The surface area,phase structure,surface state and catalytic performance of VPO catalysts have been studied by using BET,XRD,IR,ESR and oxidation of n-butane to maleic anhydride reaction test.Results show that the main factor influencing the yield of maleic anhydride is the phase composition or oxidation state of vanadium in the catalyst.(VO) 2P 2O 7 include a litter α-VOPO 4 phase was observed to have excellent action for selective oxidation of n-butane.The use of organic solvents can lead to increased surface area but do not always improve catalytic performance.
