摘要
在四球机上对一种水溶性极压添加剂进行烧结负荷实验,结果表明,水基液中随极压添加剂含量的增加,金属表面抗烧结负荷能力提高,可达到或超过重载矿物齿轮油的烧结负荷值,当再加人其它添加剂时,发现抗烧结负荷能力下降一个等级,这是由于添加剂争先作用造成的,因此添加剂的合理配伍至关重要.
Extreme pressure additives of water base were investigated under four ball machine. Theresult indicated that weld load could be improved while extreme pressure additives content beincreased, and weld load equals or surpass weight load gear labricant. Because of competitiveadsorption, when other additives wei.e added, weld load lowed one grade, so additivesrational compound is improment.
