DNA双链断裂修复基因多态与肺癌易感性研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 DNA双链断裂(double-strand breaks,DSBs)是最严重的DNA损伤,可导致基因组不稳定和肿瘤。DNA双链断裂修复基因多态性能改变DNA损伤的修复能力,影响肺癌的易感性。本文就xrcc2、xrcc3、xrcc4、rad,brca1和brca2基因的结构、功能和与肺癌的易感性关系作一综述。
