摘要
为利用车间气源,将高速大惯量运动物体制动而应用液压制动器.圆盘型制动器是气液制动系统的核心部件,讨论其设计计算方法.实践表明,它可制动转动和平动物体,制动力大,过程平稳.
For applying sourcse of air in workshop, and breaking down objects moving with highspeed and large inertia, hydraulic break was used. Disk type break is the key part inpneumastic-hydraulic breaking system. Its design and calaulating method was presented in thispaper. fact proved that the disk type break can break down objects both turnning round andtranslational moving it is, its breaking force is large and breaking process is smooth and shady.
