摘要
提出一种掺入Ca(OH)2和少量Na2SiO3活化粉煤灰的方法,探讨了活化机理和各种条件对粉煤灰活化速度的影响.通过SEM、DTA、XRD、碱吸收和浆体强度试验研究了活化灰的结构与性能.结果表明:活化灰早期碱吸收能力和火山灰活性比原状粉煤灰显著提高.
A method of fly ash(FA) activation with addition of Ca(OH) 2 and a small quantity of Na 2SiO 3 is presented in this paper. The mechanism of activation and the effects of some factors on the activation speed are discussed. The structure and properties of activated fly ash (AFA) are studied by SEM, DTA, XRD analyses, alkali absorption test and pastes strength measurement. Results show that the CaO absorption capability and pozzolanic reactivity of AFA are obviously higher than that of FA.
