摘要
本文采用正交实验法对无缝钢管穿孔机顶头的高温氧化热处理工艺进行了筛选，在对顶头寿命、表面氧化皮厚度、基体硬度进行了综合分析和研究之后，确定了最佳工艺参数。生产实践证明采用该工艺生产的氧化顶头效果良好，寿命比过去大有提高。
The high-temperature oxidation processes of the piercing plug are studied and selected.After studying the service life,scale thickness and the hardness of the piercing plugs,the best process is determined.
