摘要 建立了结晶器内连铸坯热弹塑性应力有限元分析模型.在推导的热弹塑性本构方程中考虑了材料力学性能、屈服函数随温度和应变速率的变化.模拟计算了结晶器内连铸坯应力分布.模拟结果表明,在铸坯的热节区内,高温坯壳受到拉应力的作用,易于产生裂纹。 A finite element mathematical model was developed to simulate the thermal elasto plastic stress on continuous casting billet in mold. The variations of material properties and yield function with temperature and strain rates were incorporated in the thermal elasto plastic constitutive equation. The stress field of continuous casting billet in mold was investigated. The simulation results indicate that the higher temperature shell in the off corner hot spot region is subjected to the tensile stress, which is likely to form cracks. This explains that the hot spot region formed in the off corner is the cause of inducing off corner cracks and breakout.
