摘要 目的研制护理专业就业满意度评价量表,并对其信度、效度等进行检验。方法采用发放开放式调查问卷和质性研究及专家效度检测等方法,对条目进行筛选。并通过问卷调查对量表的信度、效度等测量学特征进行检测。结果正式量表包括工作条件与环境、发展空间、工作与家庭、工作报酬与待遇4个维度,24个条目。其内在一致性系数Cronbach's α为0.97,重测信度为0.738,内容效度指数为0.98,均在测量学可接受范围内。结论该量表具有较好的信度和效度,是一种较全面、简便易行、操作性及甄别性较强的护理专业就业满意度评估工具。 Objective To develop an employment satisfaction scale for nursing students and test its reliability and validity. Methods The scale was developed by semi - structured questionnaires survey and depth interview in undergraduate nursing students. The validity and reliability were tested by questionnair survey. Results The formal scale consisted of 24 items, belonging to 4 factors, which were working situations, developing space, balance between work and family, salaries. The Cronbach's α was 0.97 and the test - retest reliability was 0. 738. The index of content validity was 0. 98. Conclusion With its good reliability and validity,the scale was an ideal rating scale for total and convenient rating of employment satisfaction for nursing students.
