临床护士对药品说明书使用情况的调查分析

The use of drug instructions among nurses

目的掌握护士对药品说明书的使用情况,以提高用药质量。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对某医院的420名护士进行调查。结果不同职称的临床护士对药品说明书的认知程度比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。中专生与大专生、护士与护师之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。影响护士阅读药品说明书的主要原因是护士工作繁忙,新药层出不穷、种类繁多;药品说明书的专业术语多,不易理解。结论药品说明书是最基本、最重要的信息源,是给药护理的重要依据。提高护士的药理知识水平及自身素质,才能确保患者用药安全。

Objective To investigate the applying condition of drugs instruction booklets among clinical nurses in order to improve the quality of nursing care. Method A total of 420 nurses were selected and investigated with a self - designed questionnaire. Results There were significant differences on the knowledge and attitude of drug instruction booklets among nurses with different educational background and professional titles （ P 〈 0.01 orP 〈 0.05 ）. However, there was no significant difference between technical secondary nurses and associate nurses and junior with senior nurses. The reasons that affected the use of drug booklets were the busy work,the limited time,the update medicine and the jerky medical terufinology. Conclusion The drugs instruction booklet is the basic and important information for medication administration. Nurses should get more pharmacological knowledge to ensure the safety of medication and enhance the quality of nursing care.
