提出一种新的进化规划算法基于均匀网格的进化规划算法，该方法不仅能够加快普通进化规划算法的收敛速度，而且能够有效地保证种群的多样性．此外，由于均匀网格方法的引入，非常有利于多模态函数的全局优化．并用该方法求解具有多个极值点的函数优化问题，计算机仿真实验结果表明该方法是非常有效的．

It is a novel evolutionary programming algorithm,which not only can keep the population diversity but also has a rapid convergence speed. The introduction of uniform design method makes it very suitable for global optimization of multi modal functions. It can be used to optimize multi modal functions. Computer simulation results show its validity.
