摘要
目的探讨综合ICU继续教育的方法与效果。方法根据综合ICU护理人员的职称、学历和工作能力的不同,将护士分为:新手护士、合格护士、熟练护士、专科护士4层,采用多种形式进行分层培训。将培训前后护理人员参加护理部季度考核成绩、患者与家属的满意度、医生对护士的满意度进行比较。结果采用多种形式进行分层培训后护理人员季度考核合格率高于培训前(P〈0.01或P〈0.05),患者与家属满意度由81.7%上升到95.9%,医生对护士的满意度由培训前的74.5%上升到91.7%。结论采用多种形式对综合ICU护理人员进行分层培训,能调动护士的积极性,挖掘护士的潜能,提高护理工作质量和ICU护士的专业水平。
Objective To explore the method and effect of hierarchical training for ICU nurses. Methods The ICU nurses were divided into novice nurses,qualified nurses,skilled nurses and professional nurses according to professional titles,educational backgrounds and work abilities,and they received hierarchical training according to different levels. We compared quarterly nursing assessment results,patients' satisfaction and doctors' satisfaction to the nurses before and after training. Results There were significant differences in quarterly nursing assessment results before and after hierarchical training (P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). The patients' satisfaction to the nurses increased from 81.7% to 95.9%,and doctors' satisfaction to the nurses increased from 74.5% to 91.7%. Conclusions Hierarchical training for ICU nurses by various forms can mobilize nurses' working positivity, cultivate nurses' potentiality,and improve nursing quality and professional level.
