护士礼仪培训在护理工作中应用的效果评价

Effective evaluation on ceremonial training in nursing service

目的评价开展护士礼仪培训的效果。方法对医院789名护理人员进行护理礼仪培训,于培训前后对培训必要性的认识、礼仪知识和临床应用考核、患者的满意度、院内其他人员对护士的综合素质评定进行调查。结果培训后护士对礼仪培训必要性的认识、礼仪知识和临床应用考核成绩均明显提高（P〈0.001）,患者的满意率明显增强（P〈0.01）,院内其他人员对护士在精神面貌、服务态度、工作作风方面的评价明显提高（P〈0.001）。结论礼仪培训可以提高护理质量和患者对护理工作的满意度,同时有助于提高护士的职业形象,应在护理工作中积极地推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect of ceremonial training in nursing service. Methods Totally 789 nurses were trained in aspect of nursing etiquette. Before and after training,we investigated the necessity of ceremonial training,knowledge of etiquette and clinical application,patients＇ satisfaction,evaluation of medical staff on nurses＇ diathesis respectively. Results After training,the nurses improved their recognition on ceremonial training,knowledge of etiquette and clinical application （P〈 0.001）. The patients＇ satisfaction on nursing care increased remarkably （P〈0.01）. The evaluation of medical staff on the nurses improved obviously in aspects of mental outlook,service attitude and work style （P〈0.001）. Conclusion Ceremonial training can improve nursing quality and patients＇ satisfaction ,and it contributes to improving professional image of nurses.
