摘要
根据RX-AT型环锥行星无级变速器的结构特点及传动原理,给出了各接触点牵引系数与传动系数的计算公式,提出了一种计算其几何滑动率的数值计算方法.在同样条件下分别计算了RX-AT型无级变速器与RX型无级变速器几何滑动率的理论曲线,计算表明:RX-AT型无级变速器的几何滑动率比RX型无级变速器有明显减少。
From the structural characteristics and the drive principle of RX-AT type variator ring cone planet, calculating formulas are gived for traction and drive coefficients at each contact point. A numerical computing method is presented for calculation of geometric slide rates. The theoretical curve were calculated for geometric slide rate of RX-AT and RX under similar conditions. The calculations indicate that the geometric slide rate of RX-AT has an obvious decrease than RX and an improved general mechanical characteristics.
