摘要
针对磁放大器式埋弧自动焊机设计了单片机控制系统,并论述了这种控制系统的组成和工作原理.该系统实现了焊接规范参数的数字控制.试验结果表明:采用直径为3~6mm的H08A焊丝,HJ431焊剂,使用改造后的焊机焊接时,规范参数稳定,调整灵活;实现了引弧、焊接和收弧的全过程自动控制.
A control system, based on single chip microprocessor, is designed for submerged arc welder with magnetrol power source. The configuration and working principle of the controlled system are introduced and the welding parameters are digitally controlled by the microprocessor. The experimental results show that the welding parameters are stable, and their adjustment are nimble under using the improved welder and 3 ̄6 mm diameter H08A welding electrodes as well as HJ431 flux. The whole processes of arc starting, welding and arc suppression are automatically controlled.
