摘要
以半桥式IGBT逆变焊机为例,探讨了焊机主回路中的电感量对电路的工作状态的影响.通过在主回路中串联三种不同的电感的研究得出,焊机主回路中的感抗较大时,不仅会降低焊机的输出功率,而且会造成IGBT开关管上较高的关断电压尖峰;在主回路中串联可饱和电抗器,可实现IGBT零电压开通,并且因它而造成的IGBT关断电压尖峰较低.
Taking a half bridge IGBT inverter power source as an example, the influence of inductance magnitude within its main circuit on the operation situation of the welding power source is discussed. By using three different serial inductors in the main circuit, the experimental results show that greater inductance magnitude not only decreases power output of the machine but also results in peak value of breakaway voltage on IGBT. Using saturable serial inductors in the main circuit a no voltage switch on of IGBT can be realized so that the peak value of breakaway voltage on IGBT becomes lower.
