摘要
针对切口试件根部经激光处理后,材料在光斑直径大小范围内的组织硬化,从而使试件的旋弯疲劳过程由3个阶段变为5个阶段.研究了疲劳寿命在不同应力状态下的变化过程.由Paris公式给出了计算疲劳寿命的公式,并分析了寿命变化的原因.
After laser treating on the root of notched specimen, the material is hardened within the range of the diameter of laser beam, so that the processes of rotating bending fatigue vary from three to five stages. The fatigue life changes under different stress conditions. The methods of calculating fatigue life is given by Paris formula and the causes of change of fatigue life is also analysed.
