摘要
根据突发事件应急处理系统的现状及特点,并充分考虑到未来的发展趋势,提出了基于3G网络的应急处理系统的实现方案及现场实施方案。
According to the status quo and features for implementations of Emergency Processing System based on 3G networks is considered sufficiently to the development trends in the future and suggested the planning and on-site implemented scenarios based on 3G network emergency processing system.
