酒店管理的电脑化,不仅是体现酒店现代化形象的一个重要标志,而且对于提高员工工作效率、加速资金周转、降低各项成本及改善服务质量都有十分积极的作用。本酒店管理系统按照软件工程的方法进行需求分析与设计,系统分为两个主要功能模块:前台管理、系统管理。这些模块基本上满足了用户(酒店)在客房管理方面的需求。酒店管理系统实现了对客房的设置修改,客户信息以及历史资料的修改和保存,相关的顾客预定、入住、更改和收银退房服务等功能。本管理系统的开发基于Delphi和Access 2003的开发环境,本着科学化、规范化、系统化的原则,并考虑到酒店的实际情况,具有查询方便、安全保密性好、用户界面友好、容易操作等优点。
