The drop inpact - cone concrete pile pile has many advantages, but it is easy to appear problems in the construction of it. This paper, taking the engineering of Yangshan Deep Water Port （ Phase 3） as an example, analyses the reasons which could impact the pile from the supervisor＇s angle, states the countermeasures of supervising and controlling quality, which could be referenced.
