摘要
对两组贫血患儿用XRF法测定头发及末稍血微量元素铁、铜含量,并与正常值做对比研究。结果显示:发铁高于正常(P<0.001),与血清铁含量降低相反,与部分研究结论相同。发铜低于正常(P<0.001),与血清结论相同。末稍血铁、铜含量均低于正常(P<0.001),与血清铁、铜结论相同。末稍血能否作为代表机体铁、铜含量的检验体,值得深入研究证实。
The ferrum and copper level of hair and ending capillary were determined by XRF on the two groups of children with anemia and compared with normal level. The result shows that hair ferrum level is higher than normal (P < 0.001), compared with the decrease of serum ferrum and copper level, which accords to some formal study. Hair copper level is lower than normal (P < 0.001), the same as serum copper. Moreover, Both of the ferrum and copper level in the ending capillaly is lower than nounal (P <0.001), the same conclusion having been drawn of serum ferrum and copper level. Therefore, whether the ending capillary can be adopted as the measurement to represent the copper and ferrum level, it merits further investigarion.
