摘要
测定40例肺癌患者的血清硒水平，并与健康对照组比较。结果表明，肺癌患者血清硒水平显著低于健康对照组（P＜0．001）；肺癌患者不同病期及病理类型间血清硒含量无统计学差异（P＞0．05）。提示与其他很多肿瘤一样，肺癌患者血清硒水平显著降低，但不可作为判断病期及预测有无转移的指标。硒水平亦与病理类型无关。
The serum Se level of 40 cases with lung cancer and 40 hedthy subjects was determined. The result showed that the Se level of lung cancer patients was lower than that of controls, but no statistical difference was shown between stage Ⅱ～Ⅲ and stage Ⅳ of the lung patients and also between diffirent pathological types. The result indicated that the serum Se level in lung cancer is lower and the serum Se level has no relationship with the stage and the pathological type of lung cancer.
