为提高鱼水雷武器装备修理能力,使鱼水雷装备符合平时战备完好性和战时使用的要求,运用鱼水雷武器修理所需工作量与鱼水雷承修单位可提供工作量进行量化比较的方法,采用修理工作完成度的概念,作为鱼水雷武器承修单位修理能力评估标准,从技术上对现有承修单位修理资源的修理能力进行科学评价,并从中发现所存在的问题,提出调整和进一步规划建设的建议。该量化评估方法更符合实际,可用于分析影响鱼水雷武器修理能力的因素。

For improving maintenance ability of weapon equipment and making weapon equipment ready according as combat readiness request at peacetime and use request at wartime,a approach that compare the maintenance workload needed for torpedo and mine equipment with the provided by job undertaken unit is used.A concept of maintenance job completed degree is adopted as the standard of evaluating the capability which torpedo and mine equipment maintenance undertaken unit can provide.Using the concept,the maintenance capability of undertaken unit is evaluated technically and scientifically.Thus the problem can be found out,adjustment advice and further programming will be put forward.This quantitative method is more practical,and can be used to analyze the factors that effect torpedo and mine equipment maintenance capability.
