摘要
综述近年来各类抗心律失常药物的研究进展,分类介绍各类抗心律失常药物的药理作用和药效学,探讨抗心律失常药物的新靶点和发展方向。
Current researches of anti-arrhythmic drugs were reviewed. The pharmacological actions and efficacies of anti-arrhythmic drugs were introduced respectively. Novel targets and trends of anti-arrhythmic drugs were also discussed.
